Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and surely detect a sorting part where the abnormality in operation is occured, by judging whether the operating condition of each sorting part is normal or abnormal on the basis of the detection by operation monitoring means which monitors the operating condition of each sorting part.
SOLUTION: The sorting parts b-g mounted on a conveyer for sorting 4, are independently monitored, for judging the sorting part b-g where the abnormality in operation is occured by a monitoring device. The sorting part b-g where the abnormality in operation, is occured, can be correctly and surely detected, even when the abnormality in operation such as malfunction, breakage, failure, baking or the like, is occured. When the abnormality in operation is detected, the sorting part b-g is repaired, or a component is exchanged to perform the normal and proper sorting operation, so that the fruit vegetables A can be prevented from sorted in the wrong sorting part b-g which is different from that by the determination of an equal class inspection device 5. Further by monitoring the variation of the voltage, current or the like applied to a control circuit of each sorting part b-g, the sorting operation of high accuracy, can be performed.
