Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sound absorbing insulating panel which is excellent in sound insulating performance by using lightweight and inexpensive coal ash as a main raw material.
CONSTITUTION: In a preferable mode, a sound absorbing insulating panel is integrally formed by layering a sound absorbing panel 1, a fibered sound absorbing material 2 and a sound insulating panel 3 in order. A coal ash granular material by granulating coal ash is used as a main raw material of the sound absorbing panel 1. The content of cement in the coal ash granular material is set in 5 to 50wt.%, and preferably, in 10 to 40wt.%. It is better that grain size of the coal ash granular material is uniform as much as possible. The sound absorbing panel 1 is formed by molding and hardening the coal ash granular material and a filler 4 by a binder. On the other hand, since continuous bubbles are not formed inside the sound insulating panel 3 being a mold composed of coal ash, the filler 4 and the binder, a dense and substantial structure by which a sound is easily reflected is formed. The inorganic fibered filler 4 is mixed in the panels in order to reinforce strength of the respective panels.
