To provide a sound absorbing interior substrate panel which attaches a sound absorbing material at the same time of constructing the interior substrate material and absorbs the sound propagating in the air.
A fitting part to a framework 13 is formed in a plaster board 11 of a sound absorbing substrate panel 10 formed by laminating the perforated plaster board 11 and a soft polyurethane foam 12, and the soft polyurethane foam 12 is formed in the thickness of an air layer 15 formed in the exterior side of the soft polyurethane foam 12 fitted between the framework 13, when this plaster board 11 is attached to the framework 13. This constitution can secure the superior sound absorption property in the range of the center frequency 200-1000 Hz, especially, approximately 250 Hz, necessary for the sound absorption in the dwelling house, and attach the sound absorbing material at the same time of the constructing the interior substrate material to the framework 13.
