To facilitate attachment work while sufficiently securing fixing force in a fixing tool for attaching sound absorbing panels side by side in their width direction between a pair of H sections of a lower face of an elevated bridge.
Two edge support of the sound absorbing panel 2 is carried out by a pair of the H sections by engaging lower side flange parts 4b of the H sections 4 with cross sectionally U-shaped grooves provided on both side faces in a length direction of each sound absorbing panel 7. In a one side end of a panel width direction of each sound absorbing panel 2, a plate spring part 20 is attached to a gap 16 between a top face 4h of the lower side flange part 4b and a top face 14c of the cross sectionally U-shaped groove 14, the plate spring part 20 is composed of a first horizontal side part 21 extending in the panel width direction, and a second horizontal side part 22 facing the first horizontal side part 21 and slanted upward toward a one side in a panel width direction. The fixing tool 1 is composed of a holding side part 30 connected to the plate spring part 20 and the second horizontal side part 22, and an abutting side part 40 connected to the first horizontal side part 21.
