PURPOSE: To surely hold back the deterioration and destruction of environment with waste disposal discriminated from being recovered for reuse by filling pulverulent bodies such as dried pit soil in the inside of a hollow structure where a thin metallic sheet is folded so as to be formed into a container shape.

CONSTITUTION: A lengthwise shell plate 5 is winded over the circumferences of a convex section and a concave section which are formed with a shin metallic sheet folded, or an upper cover 3 and a lower cover 4 for which the aforesaid convex and concave sections are provided, so as to be welded at the end section of the plate. The lower cover 4 is welded to the lower section of the shell plate 5, a plural number of bolt holes 7 and 7' are bored in the center section from both the sides of the shell plate 5, circular recessed sections 8 and 8' are formed in the peripheries of the holes, and furthermore, hollow reinforcing washers 9 and 9' are welded to the insides of the bolt insertion holes 7 and 7' respectively. After pulverulent bodies 10 such as dried pit soil and the like have been filled in the inner space of the shell plate 5 made structure, the upper cover 3 is pushed in, so that a sound absorbing wall plate is formed. Finally the sound absorbing wall plate is installed over a super high-way as a sound proof wall via support columns and wall fixing plates.
