The sound analyzing device comprises: a speech signal extraction part 110 which extracts a speech signal to be analyzed from a speech signal by using a window; Fourier transformation parts 120-1 to 120-N which process the extracted speech signal by Fourier transformation; filters 130-1 to 130-N for carrying out mel filter bank analyses of the Fourier-transformed signals; a processed signal integration part 140 which integrates and outputs processed signals; and a control part 150 which controls respective constituent parts.
