Abstract:
To reinforce a thin film 3 at low cost in a sound attenuation duct 1 which reduces the intake noise by the vibration of the thin film 3.
In this sound attenuation duct 1, a reinforcing material 5 is provided on an outer surface of the thin film 3 by injection molding of second resin material, having a melting point lower than that of first resin material which constitutes the thin film 3 and adhered with the first resin material. As a result, the thin film 3 can be reinforced at low cost, since the reinforcing material 5 can be provided freely on the outer surface of the thin film 3 by simple injection molding.
