A filter coefficient W1 for canceling the noise and a filter coefficient W2 for canceling the audio sound are measured beforehand respectively for every car speed and the measured values are stored in first and second data bases 55 and 59, and a processor 62 sets respective filter coefficients W1, W2 according to the real car speed in the first and second filters 56, 60 to cancel the noise and audio sounds.
