Title:
SOUND EMITTING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008263293
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a sound emitting apparatus capable of emitting a sound of uniform sound pressure with sufficient sound volume to the whole space in a room.

Speakers 5L and 5R emit sounds of L and R channels to a front direction of the sound emitting device 1. A speaker array 50 emits a sound beam to outside the speakers 5L and 5R (in a direction at an approximately 90 angle from the front of the device). The sound beam has its low-pitched components cut through filter processing. A high-pitched sound of the sound beam reaches seats A, B, G, and H although high-pitched sounds of the sounds emitted from the speakers 5L and 5R hardly reach them. The low-pitched sounds of the sounds emitted by the speakers 5L and 5R have low directivity and reach the seats A, B, G, and H. Sounds of uniform sound pressure can, therefore, be emitted to the whole space in the room with sufficient sound volume.
