Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the sound emitting body with a wide emitting band smaller and thinner by doubling one vibration thin plates facing each other driven by the exciting coil and the permanent magnet to protect the watch from water.

CONSTITUTION: The first and second vibration thin plates 1 and 10 are vibrated through the exciting coil 6 and the permanent magnet 6 of the sound emitting body provided in the outer case 9 of the watch, which sandwich the coil and the magnet. Thus, a wide range of sound including simple melody is emitted in the combination of the two vibration plates. The vibration plate also protects the watch from water through the waterproofing O ring 8. Such arrangement can make the sound emitting body smaller and thinner.
