PURPOSE: To reproduce a natural sound field in which the deterioration of a sound quality can be reduced without arranging a speaker in the rear part, in the method of reproducing the sound field to which a reflected sound is added by using plural speakers.

CONSTITUTION: Main speakers 12 and 13 reproduce only a direct sound, and the reflected sound is added to a signal to which a 2 channel input signal is added by an adder 3, by reflected sound generating circuits 6 and 7, and reproduced from speakers 14-17 for the reflected sound having angles in horizontal and vertical directions, which are symmetrically arranged at the front part of a listener 18. Thus, the sound field in which the deterioration of the sound quality can be reduced, and the natural sense of expanse and depth can be obtained, can be reproduced.
