PURPOSE: To allow a child or a physically handicapped person to habitually use a toy for many purposes with no danger by storing a spring in a main cylinder, holding a sound organ at the upper section of a chamber, providing a small exhaust hole on a bottom section, and providing a suction hole with a check valve on the bottom section of an auxiliary cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: When a step bed 4 is pushed by a hand or depressed by a foot or pressed with hands and jumped over, a spring 5 is shrunk, the air in a main cylinder 2a reaches a sound organ 13 via the hollow section of a piston 3, and a reed plate is vibrated to generate a sound. An auxiliary cylinder 26 serves as an air spring and prevents the quick descent of the cylinder even when a heavy person jumps on and a large load is abruptly applied to the spring 5. When a child rides on, the air in the auxiliary cylinder 26 enters the piston 3 through a small exhaust hole 12 and added to the air from the main cylinder 2a, and the air reaches a reed section to generate a sound. When a user leaves the step bed 4, the piston 3 is lifted by the force of the spring 5, the air is quickly returned into the main cylinder 2a from the sound organ 13, a check valve 6 is opened, the auxiliary cylinder 26 is quickly set to the normal pressure, and the piston 3 is returned to the original position with no stagnation.
