Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient sound insulating structural body capable of reducing the weight and space factor of the sound insulating structural body constituting a motor vehicle or building structure without deteriorating the sound absorbing performance and sound insulating performance.
SOLUTION: In a sound insulating structural body 1, two piezoelectric bodies having piezoelectric property having conductive layer and sound absorbing materials 4A, 4B, 4C laminated on both sides thereof are laminated on the surface and/or inner part of the sound insulating structural body 1 in such a manner that the thickness directional piezoelectric directions (polarizing direction) of the piezoelectric bodies 3A, 3B are to be laminated in a different order to each other. Since the charges generated on the surface of the piezoelectric body 3A on the piezoelectric body 3B side and the surface of the piezoelectric body 3B on the piezoelectric body 3A side have the same polarity and mutually repel each other, the vibration outputted from the sound insulating structural body can be efficiently suppressed, and the sound generated from a carpet 2 can be thus efficiently reduced.
