To provide a cover which cuts noise generated by a construction tool during construction work, and to provide a spare part thereof.
The sound insulation cover includes: a tube-shaped compression and expansion part having a width in the radial direction and a thickness in the longitudinal direction getting away from a working point; and a sound insulation cover part for insulating noise by covering a portion including a handling portion of the tool. The tube-shaped compression and expansion part is made of a compression and expansion material which flexibly expands and is compressed and therefore has a close fitness to a working object surface. The tube-shaped compression and expansion part further has sound insulation because of covering performance thanks to the close fitness and sound absorbability of the elastic material. The sound insulating cover part extends in the longitudinal direction of the tube-shaped compression and expansion part and includes a hand inserting portion with a sleeve through which a worker puts his hand.
