A clip 24 is locked on a coupling flange 10b extending downward from the lower edge of a skeleton member 10, and a lower unit 24a extending from the coupling flange 10b to a front fender panel 16 is installed on the clip 24. A sound-insulation material 22 is attached in a space 18 to be formed between the skeleton member 10 and the fender panel 16 by supporting it from the lower side on the lower unit 24a.
