Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel capable of improving visibility of the outside of a road, while suppressing scattering of broken pieces when a sound insulation plate is broken.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel 100, which can be installed in a boundary part between a road and the outside of the road, comprises a translucent sound insulation plate 1. The sound insulation plate 1 includes two panes 11 and 12 of plate glass, which are stuck one each other via an interlayer 13 with adhesive properties. When the sound insulation panel 100 is installed, the plate glass 12, arranged on the outside of the road, of the panes 11 and 12 of plate glass is tempered glass.
