Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sound moving image reproduction system by which a sufficient data transmission capability is ensured even when the number of reproduction devices is increased and which is configured at a low cost.
SOLUTION: In the sound and moving image reproduction system 1, one or a plurality of stages of a plurality of auxiliary data transfer devices 4 each having a copy data storage means are connected in parallel with a main data transfer device 2 having a sound and moving image data storage means, and a plurality of the reproduction devices 8 conducting sound and moving image reproduction based on the sound and moving image data are respectively connected to the device 4 placed at a lowest stream in the data transfer direction among the devices 4. Then the main data transfer device 2 transfers the sound and moving image data read from the sound and moving image data storage means to the device 4 and the device 4 copies the data to the copy data storage means and reads the copied sound and moving image data and transfers them to the designated reproduction device 8.
