Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the power of expression of the performance of a player who uses a microphone by providing a movement sensor at the microphone.
CONSTITUTION: Each kind of sensor which outputs a signal to indicate each kind of movement and grip pressure of the player is fixed on a collar 10. An inclination sensor 20 which detects the change of the inclination of the collar 10 is provided at the side part of the collar 10, a rotation sensor 22 which detects a rotation is provided at the front part of the collar 10, and a pad- shaped grip pressure sensor 24 which detects the grip pressure when the player grips the microphone is provided. A switch 26 is provided at the back part of the collar 10, and turned on in order to fix current values from the sensors 20, 22, and 24 so that an applied effect can be held to be constant. Then, signals from the sensors 20, 22, and 24, and the switch 26 are applied through a data cable 18 to an electronic circuit unit 14.
