A sound-proof material 50 such as glass wool is provided at 25 mm of thickness on a front face in an inner face of the ventilation hood 40. A rectangular shape of an outside air intake port of the ventilation hood 40 is formed into a rectangular shape specified by 80:125 of aspect ratio, and the sound-proof ventilation port 10 is thereby constituted to satisfy both securing of the ventilation amount and the noise reduction effect.
