Marks, each of which corresponds to each of music piece materials, are displayed by plotting them in a coordinate space in which different acoustic feature is mapped on each coordinate axis, to make a user to select one music piece material which becomes a reference, and also to make the user to designate a weight when calculating a total evaluation value by weightedly adding a similar index value based on each acoustic feature. Then, the total evaluation value which becomes the reference is calculated for each of the other music piece materials, and the music piece materials having a predetermined time of several minutes are presented to the user in descending order of the total evaluation value.
