Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noise reduction effects at a noise observation point located outside a sound insulation structure having a sound insulation structure body covering a travel path for vehicle.SOLUTION: A sound insulation structure comprises a sound insulation structure body 10 which covers both sides and an upper side of a travel path T and has an arcuate orthogonal cross section orthogonal to the travel path T, and a sound absorption unit 30 which is arranged at a ventilation hole 11 penetrating the sound insulation structure body 10, and is provided with an upper sound absorption unit 30 as a sound absorption unit 30 such that an opening lower end S as a lower end of an opening face is positioned in an upper region R1 when arranged along a peripheral direction, the upper region R1 being a region above a contact Q when a tangent line is drawn from a noise observation point P positioned outside the sound insulation structure body 10 to the sound insulation structure body 10 in a region in a peripheral direction of the sound insulation structure body 10 on the orthogonal cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
