Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any vibration and foreign sound from happening in a soundproofing cover without increasing the cost.
SOLUTION: There is provided an expansion valve having the structure of mounting thereon an expansion valve unit 2 having a minimum function as an expansion valve on a valve case 3 formed integrally with a high pressure refrigerant piping 4 and a low pressure refrigerant piping 5. The expansion valve needs means for fixing the valve case 3 and the expansion valve unit 2, which means is constructed as an expansion valve soundproofing cover 1 by not only fixing the valve case 3 and the expansion valve unit 2 but also constructing the means into a shape to wrap the whole of the soundproofing cover. As a result, any vibration and foreign sound happening in the expansion valve unit 2 can be interrupted with the expansion valve soundproofing cover 1 while fixing the valve case 3 and the expansion valve unit 2.
