Title:
SOUNDPROOFING DEVICE OF BALL SCREW AND DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SCATTERING OF GREASE MIST IN CLAMPING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3199363
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise generated by ball screws in a clamping device and prevent scattering of grease mist around an injection molder.
SOLUTION: An electric clamping device is provided with a plate 70 fixed to a front end of a toggle support 41 for covering a ball nut 51. A hole 72, which has an inside diameter slightly larger than an outside diameter of a ball screw shaft 63, is bored in a center of the plate 70, and the ball screw shaft 63 reciprocates through the hole 72. A suction port 73 is bored in the plate 70. And a piping tube 81 is connected to the suction port 73, and grease mist generated from the ball nut 51 is sucked by a sucking device 82.
