Abstract:

To provide a soundproofing panel causing no stain of frame body by water flowing down from a face plate.

If a photocatalyst-containing layer is formed on the surface H of a lower frame material 1, the surface becomes hydrophilic by activation of the photocatalyst, so that a pollutant hardly attaches thereto and is easily cleaned by rain water. Or, if antifouling paint layer is formed thereon, the pollutant hardly attaches to the surface and is easily cleaned by the rain water, so that the the lower frame material 1 is prevented from being stained by the water flowing down from the face plate.
