Abstract:

To provide a soup rich in the flavor of flavor raw materials, having mellow taste with no roughness of salty taste, and also causing no lees or no change in color at the peripheral part on the surface of the liquid in a packaging container into dark brown.

This soup is such one that the turbidity derived from flavor raw materials comprising at least one kind selected from an extract of dried fishes, dried sardines, or the like, an extract of seaweeds, an extract of mushrooms, an extract of fishes and shellfishes, and a meat extract, in the turbidity of the soup comprising soy sauce, sweet saccharides, and the flavor raw materials, is 15-70 ppm.
