Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain tasty soup without diffusion or nutritious tastes accompanied by steam.
CONSTITUTION: A top kettle 7 filled with water is fitted to the top edge of the main kettle 1 and the soup 10 is decocted in this tightly sealed kettle. Or the kettle 1 is used as a kettle for decoction of the soup which is kept warm.
