The sowing device 10 includes a seed storing panel 30 for storing coated seeds, a sow working frame 40 provided with a coated seed absorbing nozzle 51 on the top end, and a truck 70 for conveying a cultivating panel 81 having a soil filling part. The sow working frame 40 is movably arranged via a linking arm 43. The absorbing nozzle 51 is inserted into the coated seed storing part when moving the sow working frame 40 and contacting it with the seed storing panel 30. The absorbing nozzle 51 is inserted into the culture soil part when moving the truck 70 for cultivating panel to the sow working frame side and then moving and contacting the sow working frame 40 to the cultivating panel 81. Covering of the soil after sow working is carried out by using vibration generated by carrying or exchanging of the cultivating panel 81, etc.
