PURPOSE: To provide the subject food (beverage) incorporated with γ- cyclodextrin, substantially improved in an offensive taste ot soya saponin solubility and solution stability thereof, easier to take in, also excellent in the quality stability.

CONSTITUTION: Soya saponin is dissolved in a hydrous alcohol and γ- cyclodextrin is then dissolved in the resulting solution, and the mixed solution obtained, is, if necessary, concentrated and dried into a soya saponin pharmaceutical preparation. This preparation is added in any stage during a food (beverage) production process to manufacture the objective soya saponin-containing food (beverage). This food (beverage) is produced also from such a food (beverage) having been already made by incorporating with γ-cyclodextrin.
