Abstract:

To provide a soybean-based food and drink satisfied in prophilaxis and treatment to various kinds of diseases, intestinal function controlling effects, high nutritive value and good flavor.

The soybean-based food and drink comprises soy bean milk satisfying at least either one of the followings: raw material soy beans for soy bean milk are made to be a low molecular weight cellulose, and an activation stabilizer to SOD (superoxide dismutase) material is added. Fermented soy bean milk is obtained by subjecting the soy bean milk to microbial fermentation, and contains sugar content assimilated with microorganisms. The microorganisms in this case have chemical tolerance.
