Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a soybean curd-producing apparatus capable of carrying out temperature control of soybean milk in an optimum coagulation temperature range of a coagulant and capable of providing beautiful soybean curd.

CONSTITUTION: This soybean curd-producing apparatus is provided with a temperature controller 7 for setting soybean milk A to objective temperature by controlling a heater 3 for heating the soybean milk A in a vessel 2 and an agitating wing 4d for agitating the soybean milk A and a coagulant B so as to be able to raise from the liquid surface of the soybean milk.
