Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a powdery food containing all kinds of components of soybean as far as possible without exception and containing also nutrient components of wheat flour, by mixing soybean embryo powder with wheat flour attached with soybean soup component.

CONSTITUTION: Wheat flour is poured with boiled soup of whole soybean and dried. The operation is repeated several times to obtain wheat flour covered with thick layer of dried soybean soup component. The wheat flour attached with soybean soup component is mixed with soybean embryo powder at a weight ratio of about (0.5W1):(1W0.5).
