PURPOSE: To obtain the title system with good distributions of temperature and air flow and good design quality by providing the air blowout port in lighting line and easy maintenance by sucking the air in a room from the open section of a floor face by an indoor machine installed in a shaft cover and blowing out the air that is heated or cooled from an air blowout port located on the face section of a ceiling.

CONSTITUTION: An indoor machine 2 installed in a shaft cover 8 which is provided round a column 9 on the side of a corridor is connected to an outdoor machine by means of a coolant piping 3. The indoor machine 2 is constituted with filter 2a, heat exchanger 2b on the side of use, blower 2c, etc. and the open section 10a of a floor face which is a suction port communicates with a space 13 between the floor face 10 and slab, and the air blowout port 12a of a blowout panel 12 communicates with a blast duct 11 in the ceiling. Further, the blast duct 11 is connected to a blowout panel 12 installed to a ceiling material 5 by a branch duct 11a.
