To provide space fabric showing excellence in impact resistance, thermal insulation, heat conductivity and elastic strength and capable of being highly lightened, and to provide its manufacturing method.
The space fabric has three-dimensional space fabric. A plurality of intermediate connecting fibers push and open upper and lower fibrous texture layers of the three-dimensional space fabric and make an air intermediate layer to increase impact resistance, thermal insulation, heat conductivity, air permeability and elastic strength. At least one polymer film is jointed to at least one surface of the three-dimensional space fabric to give good shading, separating and environment-resisting abilities. The polymer film is jointed to the three-dimensional space fabric in a lower-pressure adhesion process, and by this process the product acquires a good air intermediate layer distance.
