Abstract:

To provide a space holding member and a wall body structure using the same which enables a construction member to be repeatedly used, can construct a concrete wall excellent in heat insulation property and can facilitate a form work.

The present invention is a space holding member 1 which is placed between forms 5A and 5B opposite each other to keep a space between the forms 5A and 5B constant. The space holding member 1 comprises: a cylindrical member 2 which is arranged between the forms 5A and 5B with edge sections thereof directly or indirectly contacted with the forms 5A and 5B; and a rod-like member 3 which is positioned inside the cylindrical member 2 with the edge sections thereof protruded from the forms 5A and 5B and is externally threaded at least in protruded portions 31 and 31. A seating member 4, which has a larger diameter than the cylindrical member 2 and is fitted to an edge section 31 of the cylindrical member 2, is locked to at least either of externally threaded sections 31 of the rod-like member 3.
