Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus improved in working efficiency for integrally molding piping branches which is space-saving type, shortens molding type, and is capable of precisely performing burring and prepared hole drilling and a method for the same.SOLUTION: A piping branch integral molding apparatus 10 comprises a burring machine 1 for directly molding one or two or more desired holes, a prepared hole drilling machine 2 for performing prepared hole drilling to mold the desired holes that is to be branch pipes with respect to a pipe W as an object to be molded, and a rotary chuck 3 for fixing the pipe W to give rotation operation, where the pipe W is configured to be rotatable in the peripheral surface on an axis along the longitudinal direction with the rotary chuck 3 to perform prepared hole drilling and burring each at a predetermined position while keeping interlock with the rotation operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
