A space selection system includes: a conference room attribute information table 13a for storing conference room attribute information on respective attributes of a plurality of conference rooms; an agenda-based conference room attribute information table 13d for mutually associating and storing a plurality of pieces of agenda information for specifying an agenda of a conference held in a conference room, and conference room attribute information on an attribute of a conference room suitable for the agenda predetermined by each agenda information; and an attribute condition selection processing unit 12c for acquiring, when agenda information is obtained in a predetermined manner, the conference room attribute information corresponding to the obtained agenda information, from the agenda-based conference room attribute information table 13d, and selecting the conference room with the obtained conference room attribute information, in reference to the conference room attribute information table 13a.
