To improve the insulation of a coil winding without increasing the number of components.
The spacer 3 has a structure in which insulated projections 37A, 37B, 37C, and 38A, 38B, 38C, which respectively project inward from the axis line side of two side walls 31 and 32, are stuck between winding members located adjacently along an axis line A when coil windings are inserted into the interior of a rectangle area formed by the two side walls 31 and 32 and two connecting portions 33 and 34. This structure maintains the insulation of the coil windings (winding members) even when vibrations or like occur. Further, the projections 37A, 37B, 37C and 38A, 38B, 38C are respectively provided at the two side walls 31 and 32, which are arranged so as to face each other across the axis line A. Thus, the insulation of the coil windings is more stably maintained, compared to when only one projection is provided (a projection is provide at one position).
