Abstract:
To provide a spacer which has a little change in static characteristics even if it is operated for a long time and provide an image display device which can reduce a shift of light emitting luminescent spots in a long time operation and an affect on the image display is controlled.
The spacer is composed of a lamination in order of a first film 2 having a structure in which silver particles are dispersed in oxynitride of aluminum on a substrate 1 made of an insulator and a second film 3 containing tungsten, germanium and nitrogen.
