Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold and release spacers in a simple structure by holding one unit of the spacers loaded in multi-rows and multi-stages on each of carriages by a pair of spacer loader chuck parts constituting a spacer loader provided free to make contact with and separate from each other. SOLUTION: A pair of spacer loader chuck parts 68A, 68B is made free to make contact with and separate from each other in the shaft center direction of a loader main body by extension and contraction of piston rods 67a, 67b, and one unit of spacers on the loading top stage is made free to be simultaneously engaged on a carriage by a plural number of engagement pins 69 projected with equal intervals on the inside of the spacer loader chuck parts 68A, 68B. Some of the engagement pins 69 retreats through a compression spring 70 on end surfaces of the spacers and the other advance into a cross-section hollow rectangular spade part as they are projected from the spacer loader chuck parts 68A, 68B, and as the latter engagement pins 69 are engaged with the end parts of the spacers at the time of raising the loader main body by an elevating cylinder, it is possible to support one unit of the spacers at one time.
