Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the spacer structure for a head lining which can reduce the number of parts and working man-hours. SOLUTION: A tongue piece 6 is integrally formed at the end of a head lining 2, the tongue piece 6 is bent to face upward, and the tip end 7 of the tongue piece 6 is further bent to be brought into contact with the lower face of a corresponding car body panel. As the tongue piece 6 integrally formed to the head lining 2 is used, a conventional spacer as a separate part is not necessary any longer, and the numbers of parts and working man-hours can be reduced.
