Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable ball-nut assemblies to be densely arranged and to enable larger bolt-nut assemblies by improving spacer washers each fitted on a stud bolt between a flange and a nut.
CONSTITUTION: An opening 22 through which a bolt is inserted, being adapted to be fitted on a stud bolt between a flange and a nut, and a seat end 24 on the flange side has a uniform wall thickness 25 corresponding to a nut seat surface while a head end 27 has a uniform wall thickness 25 equal to that of the seat end but has a thickness larger than the former in a second direction 29 orthogonal to a first direction, the end face part having the thicker wall thickness defines an engaging area part of a bolt tensioning device.
