To provide a spacer in which a bolt can be inserted oblique to the spacer during an assembling work and a top end of the bolt inserted in the spacer can be rocked to improve assembling property of a member to be mounted.
A spacer (41) has a cylindrical portion (42) mounted in a mounting hole (37) of a side cover (35), and when a bolt (51) is inserted from one end of the cylindrical portion (42) into a through-hole (44) of the cylindrical portion (42), the spacer is interposed between the mounting hole (37) of the side cover (35) and a shaft (52) of the bolt (51). The through-hole (44) is formed in such a manner that the inner diameter of the through-hole increases along an insertion direction of the bolt (51) in at least substantially a half portion at the other end side of the cylindrical portion (42).
