The engagement part 12 and reception part 13 are formed to engage a reception part 13 and an engagement part 12 of an adjacent spandrel panel 10, and a pair of leg pieces 11d in a symmetrical shape are provided on a reverse surface of the decorative part 11 at an intermediate part between the engagement part 12 and reception part 13.
