PURPOSE: To smoothly push out the last spare blade by a method wherein a spare blade is moved to an outlet while being guided by a pushing table when the last spare blade which is directly in contact with the pushing table is pushed out by a control member.

CONSTITUTION: A V-shape plate spring 3 is put in a storage chamber 2, and is mounted on a lower wall 1b at the lower end part 3a. On both upper end parts 3b of the plate spring 3, a pushing table 4 is put, and on the pushing table 4, a plurality of spare blades 5 are stacked and pressed to an upper wall by an elastic force of the plate spring 3. On the upper wall, a guide hole 6 is formed spanning from the top of a partitioning wall 1g to a front wall 1c. An outlet 8 is formed so as to correspond with a uppermost spare blade 5 at a corner between the front wall 1c and upper wall. A control member 9 consists of an upper plate 10 and right and left both side plates, and a holding claw 12 is provided on the lower side of the upper plate 10. When the control member 9 is moved forward along the guide hole 6, the holding claw 12 comes into contact with the uppermost spare blade 5, and said spare blade 5 is pushed out from the outlet 8 and comes into contact with the lower surface of a supporting plate 7.
