Abstract:
To provide a spark-ignition engine in which an electric wire led from an ignition coil case can be prevented from being damaged.
A stay mounting piece 44 is provided in an intake manifold 9, a coil mounting stay 10 is mounted to the stay mounting piece 44 and at a position confronted with the stay mounting piece 44 when fixing an ignition coil case 7 to the coil case mounting stay 10, an electric wire guide piece 45 is provided in the intake manifold 9. An electric wire 7a led out of the ignition coil case 7 is wired on the intake manifold 9, and the electric wire 7a is disposed along a surface 45a of the electric wire guide piece 45 at a side of the stay mounting piece 44.
