Abstract:
To provide a spark ignition type engine unit which achieves improvement of design flexibility of distribution of an exhaust gas in a combustion chamber, and to provide a vehicle.SOLUTION: A spark ignition type engine unit includes a cylinder part, a piston part, a crankshaft, only one exhaust port, only one single center tumble port, only one exhaust valve, only one intake valve, an ignition plug, a throttle body, an intake pipe, an exhaust pipe, and an exhaust air recirculation passage. The exhaust air recirculation passage supplies a recirculated gas to the intake pipe or the single center tumble port so that a part of exhaust gas is suctioned with a gas, which flows through the throttle body, the intake pipe, and the only one single center tumble port without passing through a surge tank, through the single center tumble port as the recirculated gas in conjunction with the intake valve opening to form tumble flow in a combustion chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
