Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of spatter in electric resistance welding of spot welding, projection welding, etc.
SOLUTION: In a state at least two members 1, 3 are pressed between electrodes 2, 4, welding energizing is conducted in order of initial phase preheating energizing (t)1, fusion energizing (t)3 and adjustment energizing (t)4 to mitigate temp. rise of the members and to lengthen an energizing time, the adjustment energizing is stopped at a timing not reaching to a spatter generating temp., generation of spattering is thus prevented.
