Abstract:
PURPOSE: To satisfactorily remove spatters stuck to electrodes by providing a rotary shear frame on which the upper and lower electrodes to clamp materials to be welded and a couple of scrapers for removing the spatters are fitted and a spring to press the scrapers against the end faces of the upper and lower electrodes.
CONSTITUTION: The scrapers 8 and 9 fitted on an arm 10 of the rotary shear frame 6 are pressed against the upper electrode 1 and the lower electrode 2 by the spring 12 to remove the spatters stuck to the electrodes 1 and 2.
