This spawning machine is provided by installing plural spawning device A1, A2 consisting of a spawning bottle-holding mechanism for holding plural number of the spawning bottles as upside down, a spawn-raking out mechanism for raking off the spawn from the spawning bottles 101 held with the spawning bottle-holding mechanism into culturing bottles 10 sent into spawning positions B1, B2, and a cap-detaching mechanism for detaching the caps of the culturing bottles 10 sent into the spawning positions B1, B2, in which each of the spawning devices A1, A2 performs the spawning for the culturing bottles consisting of different rows among the rows crossing the sending direction of the culturing bottles 10 against the other spawning devices, and the spawn spawning bottle-holding mechanism of each of the spawning devices A1, A2 holds the spawning bottles as upside down in accordance with the arrangement of each of the group of the culturing bottles to be spawned at each of the spawning positions.
