To provide a speaker device for reducing distortion to be generated from a speaker even when any sufficient feedback gain is not acquired regardless of the lapse of a time.
A force factor correcting means 10a corrects the level of an input signal as if a force factor Bl can be turned to be a target value A. An input signal corrected by the force coefficient correcting means 10a is inputted to an adder 11. A signal outputted by the adder 11 is amplified by an amplifier 12. A speaker 13 vibrates according to the amplified signal, and a sensor 14 detects the vibration of the speaker 13. A feedback signal based on the output of the sensor 14 is amplified as necessary by using an amplifier for a sensor, and inputted to the adder 11 so that polarity can be inverted for the input signal corrected by the force factor correcting means 10a. That is, feedback processing which becomes negative feedback is executed according to the output signal of the sensor 14.
