A speaker 13 vibrates according to the amplified signal, and a sensor 14 detects the vibration of the speaker 13. A feedback signal based on the output of the sensor 14 is amplified as necessary by using an amplifier for a sensor, and inputted to the adder 11 so that polarity can be inverted for the input signal corrected by the force factor correcting means 10a. That is, feedback processing which becomes negative feedback is executed according to the output signal of the sensor 14.
